Hip Hop Don’t Stop 08!
Well, the 1st day of hip hop don’t stop and everyone seems to be loving another action packed year and so much knowledge being dropped it’s making people dizzy!We even had Dickson the 2008 Uk popping champ drop in with Mekanikool from the Urban Strides family. I had a great day sharing, you guys are dope, there was some serious funk kicking around! showed all my friends the star wars vid and they loved it!
the talk you gave was amazing and you have inspired my sister who has a bad foot injury to get up and try getting back to dancing, she keeps breaking out in spontaneous street dance moves now!

i found it very refreshing and entertaining as well as very informative with great knowledge behind your work. we’d love more!!!!!!
we are a big school in ireland and got your offer for dvd but there’s no where for us irish people to pay!

I have been so inspired by the whole week! Fantastic teachers, and the whole ‘family’ of urban strides was so welcoming! I can’t beleieve we had the best teachers in their field, they certainly knew their stuff and boy could they dance! I was a bit worried being 30….. something! There was a great variety of ages, age is only a number and it doesn’t matter how old you are if you love to dance and it was great being around other people who love to dance. No pretentiousness! I now have an idea between all the hip hop dance styles. I know the names of the steps and understand about the accents and the funk!!
Drove back to Portsmouth listening to Dixons tunes. spouch! Was poppin sitting in traffic jams!
Got home and ordered the Uk B-Boy championships 2007 on DVD and went looking for tickets for the worlds in 2008.
Sad eh? No- just had a fantastic week. Can’t wait to get back to school to show my kids!

Flippin lovin HHDS!!!!!!!!!! So much funk and flava you can smell it……or is that just our sweat ha..I think its both. JP killed it with those routines today! Cant wait for the rest of the week.
